If we’ve custom-made your piece we put in every effort to alter our styles to fit you like a glove but please be aware that wool can be a bit fickle and cheeky to work with at times and since each blanket is different their stretch and weave can alter this process. We are still a business in its infancy and appreciate brutal honesty and the chance to rectify our blunders so contact us and we shall do our best to make peace with your grievance. Please note we are unable to accept returns on change of mind basis and where returns are accepted refunds will be given as store credit unless otherwise arranged at our discretion (reserved for adverse circumstances).
